Scrap Motor Recycling Machine for Stators and Rotors

Electric Motor Scrap Crushing & Separation Line Workflow
The complete system uses a combination of hammer crushers, multi-stage magnetic separators, and an eddy current separator. Scrap motors are first fed into the primary hammer crusher for size reduction. The crushed material then passes through a multi-stage magnetic separation system (three-stage magnetic separation system) to recover ferrous metals. A second hammer crusher further processes the remaining material, followed by another magnetic separation stage. The non-ferrous fraction is then treated by an eddy current separator to recover aluminum and other non-ferrous metals.

This multi-stage crushing and separation process reduces the need for manual dismantling while improving the recovery of valuable materials. The system is designed for continuous operation, with conveying, crushing, and sorting integrated into one automated line. PLC control can be used to coordinate the complete process.

A 5 TPH motor recycling line is designed for high-volume processing of scrap stators and rotors. The actual capacity and equipment configuration can be adjusted according to the motor type, material size, metal composition, and required recovery results.
