Key components of PCB Dismantling Machine

When recovering waste PCB circuit board with components ,the first process need to be done is to heat and remove electronic elements which would produce a lot exhaust gases. These gases are harmful,toxic and cancerogenic and will cause secondary pollution without proper treatment before discharge.Heavy metal dust and inorganic acid gases and organic gases were removed separately through our three levels filtrating equipment.

If our customer want to classify them clearly, then we can equipped with electronic components screen and magnetic machine.

1. PCB Dismantling Machine Body: Dismantle the electronic component from mother board, As for the tin, we also can recycle it;
2. Electronic Component Screen: Classify the similar size electronic components in one side;
3. Magnetic Separator: Further classify these components which include iron or not.

Use the nature gas as the heat, the tin will loose when the temperature arrive at 200-300C. These electronic components will be separated because of scraping function between the circuit board when the rotary drum works. So we can dismantle electronic components from PCB mother board.

The main dismantling machine is equipped withactivated carbon adsorption device and exhaust fan toremove the organic waste gas, meeting the emissionstandard.

The main dismantling equipment is connected withthe spraying facility for dedusting and cooling, andthe VOCs are treated with photo-catalyticequipment.The exhaust gas treatment system isequipped with variable frequency speed governor.After treatment, clean air will enter into the ventsystem with the exhaust fan.
Absorption of harmful gases by TAIL GAS TREATMENT UNIT，the exhaustion of waste gas conforms to the requirements of The Integrated Emission Standard of Air Pollutants GB16297-1996.
