Refrigerator Shredding and Material Separation Line

First, the waste refrigerator is manually dismantled to remove glass, plastic seals, compressors, condensers, and refrigerants. Then, the whole unit is sent into an automated recycling line. It goes through a double-shaft shredder for primary crushing and a hammer crusher for secondary crushing. During this stage, foam is separated by an air system, while plastics and metals move forward for sorting. Magnetic separation removes iron. Then, eddy current separation helps recover copper and aluminum. The remaining plastic and foam are further separated by airflow. Foam is finally compressed into blocks for easier recycling.
