ACP Stripping Machine for Aluminum Composite Panel Recycling

An ACP stripping machine separates the aluminum skins from the plastic core of waste aluminum composite panels (ACP) using controlled heating and mechanical peeling. It suits recycling discarded advertising panels, building cladding, and other ACP scrap, helping recover aluminum and plastic for further processing.

The machine uses gas or LPG heating to soften the bonding layer between the aluminum sheets and plastic core. Rollers then feed the heated panels through the stripping mechanism, allowing the aluminum and plastic layers to be separated. Depending on the material and operating conditions, the recovered layers can remain largely intact, reducing the need for additional size reduction.

The machine measures approximately 2,600 × 1,000 × 1,000 mm, weighs around 500 kg, and operates at 380 V with a rated power of 2.2 kW. Its stated processing capacity is approximately 2–4 tons per day, depending on panel thickness, material composition, and operating conditions. Manual feeding and handling are required.

For recyclers processing waste ACP, the main considerations are separation quality, processing capacity, energy consumption, and compatibility with the panels being handled.
