To improve metal liberation and reduce maintenance costs, the equipment is fitted with specially customized, wear-resistant cutting blades. Depending on the feed material and operating conditions, blade replacement is generally required every three months to one year. We also provide complimentary replacement blades to help reduce spare parts costs and minimize downtime. This design helps lower maintenance requirements, reduce manual intervention, and maintain consistent production efficiency.

Our complete production line is equipped with a dust collection system to capture dust generated during crushing and processing.
