PCB motherboards Recycling Process from Shredding to Separation

A complete PCB recycling process typically begins after the dismantling stage, where large electronic components are removed from the circuit boards. The remaining motherboards are then processed through a series of mechanical separation steps:
Double Shaft Shredder → Crusher → Grinding System → Air Separator → Electrostatic Separator

The shredder and crusher reduce the material size, while the grinding system further liberates metal and non-metal components. An air separator removes lightweight materials and concentrates metal-rich particles. The final electrostatic separation stage accurately separates copper and other metal powders from resin and fiberglass powders, achieving high recovery efficiency.

This recycling solution helps transform electronic waste into valuable secondary resources while reducing landfill disposal and environmental impact.
