This recycling line is specifically designed to process motor stators, wire coils, and small transformers with a diameter of up to 20cm. Through crushing and separation processes, it efficiently recovers copper, aluminum, iron, and plastic, significantly improving resource utilization. The system mainly consists of a hammer crusher, knife crusher, magnetic separator, wind separator, pulse dust collector, and other auxiliary equipment.

Regarding technological upgrades, we have significantly improved the magnetic separation system, introducing a multi-stage magnetic separation process to ensure the thorough removal of iron materials and enhance separation purity. Additionally, an advanced eddy current separator has been integrated, which, after iron removal, effectively separates copper and aluminum based on their different conductivities, achieving a separation efficiency of over 98%. Furthermore, the recovered copper wires can be directly connected to a copper wire recycling system, enabling efficient separation of copper and plastic, maximizing resource recovery and economic benefits.
