The Blister Pack Recycling Line is designed to recycle pharmaceutical blister waste by efficiently separating aluminum foil from plastic materials such as PVC. As global pharmaceutical production continues to grow, blister packaging consumption has increased rapidly, generating large volumes of recyclable industrial waste. In contrast to ordinary scrap recycling, blister pack recycling focuses on recovering valuable materials from composite packaging that is difficult to process through traditional recycling methods. The entire production line is controlled by a PLC automation system, ensuring stable operation and continuous processing. The recycling process begins as waste blister packs are fed into a crusher, where the rigid sheets are reduced into small pieces measuring approximately 10–20 mm. Next, the material enters a water-cooled grinding mill, which prevents heat buildup and plastic melting during the fine grinding process. After grinding, a vibrating screen classifies the powder, sending oversized particles back for reprocessing, while qualified material moves forward to the separation stage.

The key process is electrostatic separation. The finely ground mixed material passes through an electrostatic separator, where aluminum and plastic are separated by their distinct conductive properties. This dry separation technology allows the system to achieve high separation purity and excellent aluminum recovery rates. At the same time, a pulse dust collection system continuously removes dust generated during production, helping maintain a clean, safe, and environmentally friendly working environment.
