The single-shaft pipe shredder mainly consists of a frame, motor, reducer, main shaft, movable blades, fixed blades, hydraulic pushing system, and screen. Materials enter the shredding chamber through the hopper. The hydraulic pushing system pushes the material towards the rotating rotor on the main shaft. The high-speed rotating movable blades and the fixed blades mounted on the machine frame create a shearing and tearing action, breaking large pipe sections into smaller flakes. The shredded material is discharged after passing through the screen to reach the desired size. Materials that do not meet the size requirement are recirculated for further shredding until they comply.
