The Solar PV Panel Recycling Machine is designed for dismantling and sorting end-of-life or damaged photovoltaic modules, including crystalline silicon and thin-film panels. As solar panels reach the end of their 25–35-year lifespan, systematic recycling helps recover valuable materials such as glass, aluminum, copper, silver, and silicon while minimizing landfill waste and environmental impact.

The recycling process consists of three main stages: dismantling, crushing, and separation. In the dismantling phase, aluminum frames, junction boxes, and connecting cables are removed efficiently using specialized frame disassembly equipment. The glass layer, which accounts for 70–75% of the module’s weight, is carefully separated to preserve high-value materials. Next, the crushed panels are processed by shredders and mills to achieve uniform particle size, preparing the material for further sorting.

During the separation stage, advanced technologies such as vibration screening, air separation, magnetic separation, and electrostatic separation are used to recover pure glass granules, aluminum alloy, copper, silver, silicon powder, and plastics. The entire system is equipped with dust collection and exhaust purification devices to ensure safe, clean, and environmentally compliant operation. With a recovery rate of up to 98% and a capacity of 500–2000 kg/h, this line is ideal for solar farm decommissioning, PV manufacturing waste, and professional recycling facilities aiming to expand into solar module recycling.
