Scrap Wooden Pallet Double Shaft Shredder Machine

Wooden pallets are widely used in logistics, but take up valuable storage space and can even pose fire risks when discarded. Our scrap wood pallet shredder is designed to efficiently process wooden pallets, handling up to 40 units per hour and reducing them to 30mm chips. The system includes an inclined belt feeder, a powerful two-shaft shredder, a discharge conveyor, and a magnetic separator to remove nails and other metals.

The shredded wood has broad applications: it can be processed into biomass fuel pellets, used as boiler fuel, and utilized as a raw material for particle board and fiberboard. Additionally, it can be applied in agriculture as mulch, compost, or animal bedding, or used in environmental projects as an absorbent or filtration medium. To ensure safety and sustainability, only untreated wood free from harmful chemicals should be recycled.
