Windshield and Laminated Glass Recycling Machine

Our Laminated Glass Recycling Machine is a fully automatic solution for separating PVB, SGP, or EVA interlayers from laminated glass, such as automobile windshields and architectural glass panels. This system is designed for safe, efficient, and eco-friendly recycling without any chemical treatment.

The complete system consists of a Laminated Glass Separator, Conveyor, and Trommel Screener. Glass sheets are either hand-fed or automatically conveyed into the crusher, where laminated glass is pre-crushed into small fragments. The mixture is then transferred to the trommel screener, where glass particles and PVB/EVA film are effectively separated. The crushed glass (below 20 mm) and high-integrity PVB film (up to 99% intact) can both be directly reused or sold for further processing.

Key advantages include automated PLC control, easy operation, and fully enclosed dust collection, ensuring a clean and safe working environment. The process is purely mechanical, eliminating chemical pollution and minimizing labor costs while achieving high separation efficiency.
