The production line is also supported by a complete conveying and environmental protection system. Multiple belt conveyors ensure smooth material transfer between different processing stages, while a cyclone separator and pulse dust collectors effectively control dust generated during crushing and sorting. In addition, the enclosed processing chamber and emergency stop system enhance operational safety and ensure stable equipment performance.
By combining automated crushing, advanced separation, and intelligent recognition technologies, the copper-aluminum radiator recycling line can process both single-layer and double-layer radiators while achieving copper recovery rates of up to 99.5%, including high-value micron-level copper particles.
