The process integrates shredding, crushing, screening, magnetic separation, and eddy current separation to recover aluminum, copper, plastic, and iron with a separation efficiency of over 98%.

The recycling begins with a double-shaft shredder that pre-shreds materials into smaller, manageable pieces. It is equipped with temperature sensors and a nitrogen protection system that automatically activates to prevent overheating or fire, ensuring safe operation. The shredded material is then processed by a hammer crusher for finer crushing, followed by a vibrating screen that separates toner powder and larger particles.

Subsequent magnetic and eddy current separators remove ferrous metals and recover non-ferrous materials such as aluminum and copper. A pulse dust collector and enclosed structure ensure zero pollution and a clean working environment. The entire system operates under PLC control with Schneider electrical components, ensuring stable, continuous, and energy-efficient performance.
