Our Waste Home Appliance Recycling Line is designed for efficiently recycling various small and medium-sized household appliances, such as mini refrigerators, fans, rice cookers, bread makers, money counters, display screens, air conditioners, printers, telephones, and washing machines. These waste appliances contain valuable materials such as copper, aluminum, iron, plastic, and even precious metals, all of which can be effectively recovered and reused.

The system integrates shredding, crushing, sorting, and exhaust gas treatment in one automated process. Waste appliances are first pre-shredded by a double shaft shredder and then finely crushed by a hammer crusher. The crushed materials are transferred through a series of separation systems—zig-zag air separator, magnetic separator, eddy current separator, and wind separator—to accurately separate ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, and plastics. This ensures high recovery rates and clean, reusable outputs.

The equipment adopts a low-speed, high-torque design with durable blades made of wear-resistant steel, capable of handling complex materials including metal and hard plastics. A planetary reducer provides stable torque and long service life. The intelligent PLC control system automatically detects overloads, reverses the shafts when necessary, and restores operation smoothly, ensuring reliability and safety. To meet environmental requirements, the line is equipped with an exhaust gas purification system, including a scrubbing tower, activated carbon adsorption unit, and photo-oxygen catalytic purifier, effectively removing harmful gases generated during processing.

This advanced recycling line enables over 90% material recovery, turning discarded appliances into valuable resources. The recovered metals can be reused for manufacturing, while the separated plastics can be reprocessed into new products.
