Paper Aluminum Plastic Recycling Line for Tetra Pak Waste

The Paper-Aluminum-Plastic Recycling Line is specially designed for separating and recycling composite materials such as Tetra Pak, Coated Paper, Kraft Paper Bags, Combibloc, and other paper-plastic or paper-aluminum laminates. Using advanced physical separation technology, the system efficiently separates pulp, aluminum, and plastic layers, achieving high recovery purity and excellent reuse value.

The process begins with crushing composite materials into small pieces, followed by hydro pulping to separate paper fibers from aluminum-plastic films. Screen separation is then used to classify and purify different materials based on size. The separated pulp undergoes pressing and drying to produce packed pulp suitable for papermaking, while the aluminum-plastic mixture is further processed to obtain clean aluminum foil for smelting and plastic film for granulation.

The production line consists of a Feeding Conveyor, Horizontal Paper-Plastic Separator, Pulp-Slag Separator, Pulp Dewatering Machine, and Pulp Filter Press. All systems are controlled automatically by a DLC control cabinet, with circulating water pumps ensuring stable operation. The fully enclosed and water-efficient design helps maintain a clean, eco-friendly production environment.

This recycling solution addresses the growing issue of composite packaging waste such as beverage cartons and paper cups, which are widely used but difficult to recycle. By recovering valuable paper fibers, aluminum, and plastics, it contributes to sustainable resource utilization, reduces landfill waste, and supports the circular economy.
