Motor Copper Winding Extractor Dismantling Machine

This machine is designed to separate motor stators and extract high-quality copper wire efficiently. Suitable for three-phase asynchronous motor stators, household appliance motors, and certain transformers, it features a dual-clamp structure to handle various stator sizes.

With a capacity of 200–250 pcs/hour, it combines cutting and pulling functions: first, the stator is placed in the cutter to remove one end’s protruding copper wire; then, hydraulic claw or pincer clamps quickly pull out the remaining copper from both the head and main body.

Equipped with a hydraulic lifting platform for easy loading/unloading of large stators, foot-pedal controls for quick operation, and safety protection devices, the machine greatly reduces labor intensity. The core hydraulic system uses well-known Chinese brand components for stable and reliable power.
