The production line adopts a complete physical process—crushing, grinding, screening, and electrostatic separation—to ensure clean, environmentally friendly recycling without chemicals. For a 200–300 kg/h configuration, blister materials are first crushed into 10 mm flakes by the knife crusher, then ground into fine mixed powder by a water-cooled turbo grinder. Oversized powder is returned for re-grinding through the eddy-vibrating screen, while qualified powder enters the electrostatic separator, which separates aluminum from plastic based on conductivity differences. The final products achieve up to 99.9% separation purity, meeting the standards of aluminum smelting plants, recycling factories, and downstream plastic processors.

The entire system is controlled by PLC intelligent programming with a touch-screen interface to ensure coordinated feeding, stable operation, and easy adjustment. Circulating water cooling prevents material melting during grinding, improving recovery rate and ensuring consistent quality. Pulse dust collectors and cyclone dust collectors keep the working environment clean while reducing maintenance needs. The recycled aluminum powder can be used in smelting, fireworks, firecrackers, and building materials, while the plastic can be processed into pipes, pots, bottles, or further refined. Even mixed residues can be pyrolyzed into fuel, maximizing resource utilization.
