The entire process is carefully designed for maximum efficiency and safety. Batteries are first shredded into small pieces, followed by secondary crushing via a hammer mill. The crushed materials are then finely ground and passed through a separation system. Dust generated throughout the process is effectively collected and filtered using a pulse air purification system to ensure a clean and safe working environment. Classification screens sort the materials by size, while magnetic separators remove nickel-containing metals. A gravity separator then isolates fine metal particles from non-metallic residues. The system operates under negative pressure using a high-pressure blower to ensure airtight operation and air purification.

The final output includes black mass, copper granules, aluminum granules, plastic, steel shells, and separator film—cleanly separated and ready for reuse. Output ratios vary depending on the battery type and line configuration.
