E-Waste PCB Boards Recycling Processing Solution

Our E-waste PCB boards recycling system is designed to maximize resource recovery through a clean and efficient process. Waste circuit boards are first dismantled by an automated dismantling machine, which separates valuable components such as CPUs, RAM, motherboards, capacitors, IC chips, and MLCCs. Some materials can be sold directly, while others enter specialized recycling equipment for further treatment.

Capacitors are processed in a dedicated recycling machine, producing reusable aluminum and plastic granules. Plastic-packed components and IC chips are treated in a carbonization furnace, then refined in a precious metal recovery plant to extract platinum, palladium, gold, silver, and copper.

Motherboards undergo crushing and separation, yielding a mixture of metals and plastic-fiber powder. Metals are further processed by gold stripping and copper electrolysis systems to obtain high-purity copper and precious metals, while the separated plastic and fiber are converted into reusable products through a WPS production line.

This integrated recycling solution combines dismantling, crushing, sorting, and refining technologies, ensuring efficient recovery of high-value metals and secondary materials. It reduces environmental impact while creating sustainable value from electronic waste.
