E Waste Circuit Board Recycling Line Gold Recovery

Our E-waste and Circuit Board Recycling Line is designed to efficiently recover valuable metals such as gold, silver, platinum, palladium, and copper from waste circuit boards containing electronic components. The complete recycling process is divided into two main recovery stages. In the first stage, the Gold Stripping System extracts precious metals from gold-plated circuit boards and electronic components. This can be done either before or after dismantling. The advanced chemical and mechanical stripping technology achieves up to 99% gold recovery and produces high-purity gold ready for refining.

In the second stage, the Electronic Component Dismantling Machine removes components from circuit boards using controlled high temperature. The cleaned motherboards are then processed through a shredding, crushing, and separation line to recover copper, resin powder, and mixed metals (Au, Ag, Pt, Pd). The line combines a double-shaft shredder for initial crushing, a hammer crusher for secondary reduction, and a fine grinding mill for size refinement.

After crushing, materials pass through airflow and electrostatic separation systems that separate metals from non-metallic materials with a purity of up to 99%, ensuring high recovery efficiency and minimal material loss. The entire process is automatically controlled by PLC, ensuring continuous operation and energy efficiency. To guarantee environmental protection, the system is equipped with a scrubbing tower, activated carbon adsorption unit, photo-oxygen catalytic purifier, and pulse dust collector, effectively removing dust, harmful gases, and odors to achieve clean, pollution-free operation.
