This printed circuit board (PCB) recycling machine utilizes advanced physical separation processes. First, waste circuit boards are disassembled using an electronic component dismantling machine to separate the electronic components from the boards. The disassembled electronic components can then be directly fed into a circuit board crushing and sorting system for further processing. The circuit boards are crushed into fine particles, and then metal and non-metal materials are separated using airflow separation and high-voltage electrostatic technology. This method avoids chemical treatment and wastewater discharge, ensuring an environmentally friendly PCB recycling process while maintaining a high metal recovery rate. The final products—copper powder and resin fiber powder—can be directly sold or used in industrial applications.

The entire production line is controlled by a PLC intelligent automation system and equipped with a user-friendly touchscreen interface. This ensures stable feeding, coordinated operation, and consistent product quality.
