Our Automatic Home Appliance Dismantling and Crushing System is a complete, integrated solution designed for professional recyclers handling waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE). The system combines front-end dismantling with back-end crushing and separation, enabling efficient recovery of metals, plastics, foam, and other valuable materials from discarded household appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, televisions, and computers.
The recycling line is divided into two core modules. The Scrap Home Appliances Dismantling Line focuses on safe and efficient pre-treatment. Using a combination of intelligent logistics and manual-assisted disassembly, appliances are dismantled into major material categories, including metals, plastics, glass, CRTs, and circuit boards. This approach ensures precise separation of hazardous or high-value components while improving overall material recovery quality.
After dismantling, materials are transferred to the Scrap Home Appliances Crushing and Separation Line, which is designed for high-throughput mechanical processing. Large appliances are shredded and crushed through multi-stage size reduction, followed by a series of physical separation processes. The system efficiently recovers iron, aluminum, copper, plastics, and polyurethane foam, transforming mixed waste into clean, reusable material streams. All equipment is engineered to comply with national standards for noise and particulate emissions (GB12348-2008, GB16297-1996), ensuring environmentally compliant operation.
A typical recycling workflow begins when waste refrigerators or freezers are loaded onto the dismantling platform. Plastic panels and glass components are manually removed, followed by classified refrigerant recovery using dedicated refrigerant recovery units based on refrigerant type. Key components such as compressors and condensers are then separated. The remaining appliance body enters a double-shaft shredder for primary crushing, after which the material is further reduced in a hammer crusher through intensive crushing and kneading.
During secondary crushing, lightweight polyurethane foam is separated through air classification, while heavier materials such as plastics and metals are conveyed onward. Magnetic separation removes ferrous metals, followed by eddy current separation to extract non-ferrous metals like copper and aluminum. The remaining plastic and foam fractions are processed through airflow separation to produce clean plastic materials and compressed polyurethane foam blocks, ready for downstream recycling or resale.
Designed for recyclers seeking efficiency, compliance, and high recovery rates, this integrated WEEE recycling line provides a scalable and proven solution for modern home appliance recycling plants. With modular configuration options and stable performance, it supports sustainable resource recovery while maximizing economic returns from complex waste streams.
