Automatic EV Lithium-ion Battery Recycling Machine

Our lithium-ion battery recycling machine is an advanced, high-efficiency system designed to safely and effectively recover valuable materials from spent lithium batteries, including cylindrical, prismatic, pouch, Cellphone,and EV cells. With a processing capacity of 1,000 kg/hour and an annual output of up to 8,000 tons, it delivers outstanding performance in both recovery rate and purity while maintaining environmental and operational safety.

The production line integrates shredding, crushing, grinding, and multi-stage separation technologies to extract black mass, aluminum granules, copper granules, plastic, steel shells, and separator film. Using purely physical processes—without chemical treatment—the system ensures zero pollution and a black mass recovery rate of over 98%, with purity levels of Al < 0.5% and Cu < 1%.

During operation, batteries are shredded and crushed into fine particles under a controlled, oxygen-free, and negative-pressure environment to prevent energy release and dust leakage. The materials then undergo air, magnetic, and gravity separation to efficiently isolate metals and electrode powders. Dust is collected and purified through a pulse dust removal system, ensuring a clean and safe workspace.

The system features intelligent PLC control with real-time monitoring of oxygen levels, temperature, and pressure, ensuring both operational safety and automation. With a total power of 540 kW (operating consumption about 378 kW), and a space requirement of 55 × 15 × 8 m, the plant only needs 3–5 operators per shift.
