Our Medical Blister Packs Recycling Machine is specially developed for processing pharmaceutical packaging waste such as Alu-PVC and Alu-Alu blister packs. These materials typically consist of plastic (PVC or PET) and a thin aluminum layer, both of which are valuable and recyclable.

The system adopts an advanced crushing–grinding–separating–dust removal process to efficiently separate aluminum and plastic with a high recovery rate and minimal environmental impact.The blister packs are first shredded into small pieces by a knife crusher, then finely ground by a water-cooled mill to achieve complete material dissociation. The mixture is then sieved by a rotary screen—oversized particles are reprocessed, while fine powder moves to the electrostatic separator, where aluminum and plastic powders are precisely separated.

Collected aluminum powder can be directly reused in aluminum smelting or fireworks production, while recovered plastic can be sold as secondary raw material.
