Recycling Solution Details

The Lead-Acid Battery Recycling Plant employs a sophisticated process to recover valuable components from spent lead-acid batteries. Utilizing advanced crushing, separation, and smelting technologies, the plant extracts lead, plastics, and sulfuric acid. The recovered lead undergoes purification for reuse in new batteries or other industrial applications, while the sulfuric acid is neutralized for safe disposal or transformed into useful products.  

Raw Material

The equipment features a battery cutter dismantling machine, suitable for recycling various lead-acid batteries, including those from automobiles, trucks, and electric bicycles.

Final Products

The recycling process yields lead and plastic shells as primary outputs.
