The bifacial pv panel crushing sorting and recycling equipment is capable of processing bifacial double-glass photovoltaic panels with aluminum frames, with widths up to 1300 mm and lengths ranging from 1000 to 2400 mm. It imposes no requirements on the damage condition of the modules, making it suitable for recycling all types of retired and scrapped PV panels. Two capacity configurations are available to meet different processing needs. The high-capacity configuration adopts a “one-to-two” process layout, significantly increasing the overall line efficiency while requiring only a small increase in floor space, achieving a high-cost-performance investment.
Bifacial double-glass PV modules consist of a multilayer structure designed for high durability and dual-sided power generation, including an aluminum frame, front tempered glass, EVA encapsulation, bifacial silicon solar cells, POE/EVA back encapsulation, rear tempered glass, and a junction box.

FULLY AUTOMATIC :Supports robotic automatic feeding and integrates junction box and aluminum frame removal equipment,enabling coordinated operation of dismantling, shredding, and sorting processes, effectively reducing manual intervention.
STABLE OPERATION :Equipped with reliable electrical and drive systems for stable operation. Customizable voltage, color,and configuration for different projects.
Customized Double-shaft Shredder :Customized double-shaft shredder designed for primary shredding of whole PV modules with or without aluminum frames, with materials conveyed to the next-stage shredding process.
HAMMER CRUSHER :The hammer crusher uses the impact force from rotating hammers to break and detach adhered glass from shredded PV panels, achieving a glass removal rate of approximately 85%-90 %.
MULTIPLE-STAGE SCREENING TO RECOVER GLASS :The system is equipped with multiple vibrating screens to effectively separate and collect glass, while larger-sized materials are conveyed to the subsequent recycling process.
ALUMINUM RECOVERY :Eddy Current Separator: Separates aluminum frames from crushed materials by electromagnetic induction. A vibrating feeder is installed at the inlet to improve separation efficiency, with an aluminum recovery rate of up to 95%.
CRUSHING & SORTING SYSTEM :Processes materials after major glass removal using multi-stage crushing and sorting to efficiently separate metals,plastics, and silicon powder.
FULLY ENCLOSED STRUCTURE :The entire line is enclosed, with multiple dust collection units installed at crushing and sorting stages to effectively control dust emissions and ensure an environmentally friendly process.
The production line offers both standard and one-to-two high-capacity configurations to meet varying throughput requirements. It supports customization of voltage, equipment color (RAL standard), and overall system configuration, along with complete layout drawings and technical documentation to ensure flexible adaptation and efficient project implementation.
