Scrap Rebar Granulating Machine Structural Features

The Three-in-One Steel Bar Pelletizer integrates cutting, sizing, and granulating functions in one machine, with a capacity of 2–5 t/h. It features a three-inlet feeding system for different scrap materials: Feed Inlet 1 & 2 (400 × 42 mm) process straight steel bars up to 40 mm, while the single-sided blade design handles bent bars below 28 mm. Feed Inlet 3 (580 × 300 mm) is designed for irregular reinforcing steel bars up to 16 mm. The machine is equipped with an 850 heavy-duty speed reducer and cam transmission shaft for stable operation. H13 tool steel blades, including a ten-blade box-type cutting system and six straight blades, ensure strong cutting performance and durability. Built with a thickened carbon steel frame and weighing 2–4 tons, the machine is suitable for processing 1–40 mm scrap steel bars and metal rods, widely used in scrap recycling and steel processing industries.
