Our high-efficiency waste tire steel wire separator is designed to remove steel wires from used tires with minimal damage to the rubber. The process begins by placing the tire into the pulling mouth of the machine. Once activated, the hydraulic cylinder generates powerful traction to extract the embedded steel wires.

As the steel is pulled out, the tire’s sidewall is simultaneously torn open, allowing for a clean separation between the steel wire and the rubber body. This method ensures a complete and efficient extraction, preparing the tire material for further recycling or processing.
