The spiral shredder, also known as a spiral shear shredder or spiral pulverizer, is an industrial machine designed for the efficient reduction of soft, brittle, tough, and fibrous waste materials. It operates at low speed and high torque, using spiral-arranged, hook-shaped blades to shear, tear, and compress challenging materials. This system ensures smooth, anti-wrapping performance while handling bulky and elastic items without clogging.

The machine is especially suitable for materials such as used clothes, woven jumbo bags, waste shoes, plastic films, ropes, undergarments, bras, sponge inserts, PP strapping, PET training pads, and other soft or fibrous waste.
