Scrap Metal Motor Stator Rotor Recycling Machine

Scrap metal motor stators and rotors contain a large amount of recyclable copper and iron. Our recycling machine is specially designed to efficiently process and separate these valuable materials. The line combines crushing, magnetic separation, air separation, and dust collection into one fully automatic system, ensuring high recovery rates and environmental protection.

The process begins with shredding and crushing stators and rotors into smaller pieces. Drum magnetic separators then remove iron, while airflow and vibration systems separate copper from non-metals. Finally, the pulse dust collector collects dust to keep the workshop clean and pollution-free. Through this streamlined process, copper recovery can reach up to 99.5%, and the final copper is clean and pure for direct reuse.

The machine features a compact structure, stable PLC control, and simple operation, allowing one operator to run multiple machines with reduced labor. Processing capacity reaches 1–5 t/h, suitable for stators and rotors with diameters up to 20 cm from household appliances, electric tools, and other small motors.
