The solution handles 1,500–2,000 kg of waste panels per hour, separating aluminum frames, junction boxes, glass, metals (copper, aluminum, iron, silver, lead), silicon powder, and plastics. Valuable materials like silicon, copper, and silver are recovered through a combination of physical and chemical processes, with recovery rates over 99% for silicon and 98% for metals.

The process includes frame and glass removal, multi-stage shredding and crushing, and precise separation using airflow and electrostatic systems. A sealed negative-pressure design with dust collection ensures clean, safe, and environmentally friendly operation.
