This system integrates multiple processes including feeding, pulping, separation, dewatering, and filtration into one automated production line. The main equipment includes a feeding conveyor, horizontal separator, pulp-slag separator, dewatering machine, filter press, and PLC control system. During operation, the paper–plastic composite is fed into the separator for mechanical and water-assisted separation. Paper fibers are refined through pulping and filtration to form high-dryness pulp cakes, while clean plastic flakes are discharged separately for reuse.

The entire process operates continuously and automatically under PLC control, ensuring high separation efficiency, stable performance, and low energy consumption.
