This upgraded Eddy Current Separator is designed for high-efficiency recovery of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, copper, and other conductive materials from mixed recycling streams. The vibration feeding system has been comprehensively upgraded to improve stability and throughput. The original single-motor drive has been replaced with a dual-motor drive, ensuring smoother and more uniform material feeding. Traditional vibration springs are replaced with rubber damping blocks, significantly reducing operating noise and mechanical wear. At the same time, the optimized motor base structure enhances overall rigidity, ensuring long-term stable operation under continuous high-load conditions.

The core magnetic roller structure has been technically optimized to significantly increase separation efficiency and service life. High-performance N54 grade neodymium magnets are installed using a hole-free adhesive encapsulation process, creating a uniform magnetic field without blind zones. The entire magnetic roller is reinforced with full carbon fiber winding, providing high strength, lightweight characteristics, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, low magnetic resistance, and zero eddy current interference. Combined with newly added automatic lubrication systems, key moving components are lubricated every 30 minutes, reducing maintenance costs and extending bearing and transmission component lifespan.
Advanced control and separation logic further enhance performance. The electrical control cabinet now features variable frequency control from 50 to 100 Hz, increasing magnetic roller speed up to 3000 rpm, and significantly improving separation distance and purity. Material separation logic is optimized for different particle sizes, while the newly added belt cleaning system prevents material buildup and ensures consistent magnetic response. The inclined conveyor belt design precisely controls metal take-off points, reducing mixed material output. Extended soft start and stop protection effectively lowers electrical and mechanical stress, minimizing failure risks and ensuring reliable long-term operation.
