This mini granulator adopts a high-precision crushing system with 5 blades (2 fixed and 3 movable), ensuring stable performance and efficient cutting. It runs on single-phase household electricity, making it ideal for home workshops, small recycling stations, and start-up businesses. With a processing capacity of 50–80 kg/h, it provides an excellent balance between efficiency and affordability.

Despite its small size, the machine delivers powerful performance — processing a wide range of copper and aluminum wires (1–30 mm), including household, industrial, and automotive cables. Through the integrated crushing, air separation, and vibration systems, it achieves up to 99.9% copper-plastic separation rate, ensuring high recovery and clean output.
