Medical blister aluminum plastic recycling equipment

The Aluminum-Plastic / ACP Recycling Machine is an advanced system designed for efficiently separating aluminum and plastic from various composite materials such as medical blisters, aluminum plastic plates, aluminum plastic films, ACP panels, toothpaste tubes, and food packaging. It delivers high separation rates, stable performance, and environmentally friendly operation — making it an ideal solution for recycling industries focused on resource recovery and waste reduction.

This system integrates crushing, grinding, screening, and electrostatic separation to achieve clean material recovery. The process begins with a knife crusher, breaking composite materials into small pieces of around 10–20 mm. These are then finely ground by a water-cooled turbo-type grinder into uniform powders. Through a rotary vibrating screen, oversized particles are automatically returned for regrinding. Finally, the fine mixture enters the electrostatic separator, where aluminum and plastic powders are separated with a purity rate of up to 99%.

For higher-capacity lines (above 500 kg/h), a single-shaft shredder can be added for pre-shredding, improving overall efficiency. The entire system operates under negative pressure with pulse dust collectors, ensuring a clean and dust-free environment while capturing over 99% of particles larger than 0.3 μm.

Equipped with PLC intelligent control, the line supports continuous feeding, automatic operation, alarm systems, and a bilingual interface for user-friendly management. Compared to traditional recycling methods, this dry physical separation process is energy-efficient, environmentally safe, and highly reliable. It avoids secondary pollution while maintaining stable operation, low noise, and low maintenance costs.
