Next, a hammer crusher reduces materials for optimal separation. Our line uses high-efficiency vibrating screens for toner collection, magnetic separation for steel removal, and advanced eddy current separation to recover aluminum, copper, and plastics with over 98% efficiency. Our industry-leading pulse dust collection system with anti-static filters ensures a clean, safe workspace by fully capturing fine toner and preventing leakage.

With Schneider electrical components and PLC automation for reliability, our solution is distinguished by its ability to process 500–1000 kg per hour with minimal manual input. This system converts hazardous WEEE waste into reusable raw materials and, unlike many alternatives, flexibly recycles printers, copiers, and fax machines—recovering circuit boards, chips, and glass as well.
