High-Efficiency Continuous System for Metal Waste Recycling This industrial-grade continuous carbonization furnace is designed for large-scale carbonization of both biomass and selected metal-containing materials. Originally used for processing agricultural residues such as rice husks, sawdust, bamboo chips, coconut shells, and palm shells, our upgraded system now supports the carbonization of metal-rich waste, including UBC aluminum cans, jelly-filled cables, and lithium-ion batteries.

In the recycling of UBC aluminum cans, the furnace effectively removes surface coatings and paint, enabling clean, high-purity aluminum recovery for remelting or resale. It is also widely used for aluminum ceiling panels and extruded aluminum profiles, stripping paint layers to allow reuse in manufacturing or construction, thereby reducing production costs.

The system captures and reuses combustible gases generated during the carbonization process, reducing emissions and fuel consumption. Featuring advanced pyrolysis gas treatment, automated operation, and options for innovative heating methods (hot air, microwave, etc.), the furnace delivers superior paint removal, high efficiency, and cleaner production.
