Scrap printed circuit boards (PCBs) are diverse, primarily single-layer and multi-layer types, typically made with fiberglass or epoxy resin copper-clad laminates. PCBs contain various metals, including base metals like copper, aluminum, iron, and tin, as well as precious metals such as gold, silver, and palladium, with copper being the most abundant. Non-metallic components include polymers (e.g., polyethylene, polypropylene) and oxides.
Our recycling process employs a multi-stage crushing approach: initial shredding followed by secondary and tertiary crushing to reduce scrap PCBs into a mixed metal and resin powder. Subsequently, air classification and electrostatic separation techniques are used to separate the metals from the resin. To minimize dust pollution, the entire process is equipped with a baghouse dust collection system, ensuring environmental compliance.
