How to Recycle E-Waste PCB Circuit Boards？

Printed circuit boards (PCBs) from computers, electronics, telecom equipment, and even military or aviation devices contain valuable metals and materials that can be recovered through specialized recycling equipment. Our PCB recycling line combines dismantling, crushing, sorting, and dust collection systems to achieve efficient separation and high recovery rates.

The process begins with a double-shaft shredder for preliminary crushing, followed by a hammer crusher and a fine grinding machine to reduce particle size. Materials are then separated step by step: airflow separation for density differences, electrostatic separation for metallic and non-metallic fractions, and finally, a pulse dust collector to ensure a clean and environmentally friendly operation.
