High Efficiency Mixed Metal Crushing and Recovery Line

The Mixed Metal Crushing and Recovery Line integrates shredding, crushing, screening, and separation to recycle ferrous, non-ferrous, and non-metallic materials efficiently. It is designed for processing various types of mixed scrap from industrial and municipal sources.

This line is capable of handling a wide range of materials, including scrapped vehicles, home appliances, tinplate, bicycles, steel structures (≤6mm), oil drums, metal shavings, copper wires, motors, transformers, aluminum profiles, stainless steel offcuts, and rare metals such as lead, zinc, and tin.

Through multi-stage processing, the system separates materials into high-purity outputs of iron, copper, aluminum, and non-metals. The final products are uniform in size and suitable for direct reuse, maximizing recovery efficiency while reducing manual labor and processing costs.
