EV Power Li-Ion Battery Recycling Line Test Run

As the demand for electric vehicles grows, lithium-ion battery recycling has become more critical than ever. Today, we’re excited to share a special project: a 1.3-ton-per-hour lithium battery recycling line, fully customized for a Russian client.

The client ordered two complete lines, and what you see in this video is the trial run of the first line, with their engineers on-site for acceptance testing. The results? Excellent separation performance, high-purity black mass, and stable, safe operation. The client was highly satisfied.

This advanced system covers the full process—from shredding under nitrogen protection (to prevent fire risk), to drying, pyrolysis, cooling, separation, and final black mass collection. All stages are designed with maximum safety, high recovery rates, and environmental compliance, supported by a complete exhaust gas treatment system.
