Our Efficient Solar PV Panels Recycling Line adopts a fully physical separation process, avoiding chemical pollution. Through automated disassembly, crushing, and sorting, the system achieves high-efficiency, high-purity material recovery. The core process includes: Frame Remover: Detaches the aluminum frame and junction box (J-Box) from the panel.
Glass Removal Unit: Separates over 80% of the glass layer from the panel.
Double Shaft Shredder: Shreds the de-glassed panel into strips.
Crusher: Further reduces material into 1–2 cm fragments.
Negative Pressure Conveying System: Ensures fully enclosed, dust-free, and environmentally friendly material transport.
Fine Grinder with Return System: Grinds material to the desired particle size; oversized particles are automatically returned for regrinding.
Air Separator: Performs initial separation of metal powder and plastic.
Electrostatic Separator: Accurately separates residual metals from plastics.
Shaclon System: Isolates silicon powder and small amounts of glass residue.
Pulse Dust Collection System: Operates under negative pressure throughout the entire line, effectively controlling dust emissions.
