Aluminum Plastic Separation & Recycling Line for Alucobond

Our Aluminum Plastic Recycling Line for Alucobond panels follows a fully physical, eco-friendly process. The panels are first shredded by a single shaft shredder, then crushed and finely ground using a crusher and dual grinding machines. Two pulse dust collectors effectively control dust, ensuring a clean working environment. Finally, two electrostatic separators are used to accurately separate the materials. The result is high-purity aluminum powder and plastic powder, both of which can be reused or sold for further processing.
