The ACP Stripping Machine is specialized equipment designed to separate aluminum and plastic layers from Aluminum Composite Panels (ACP) efficiently and safely. Using controlled heating—either liquefied gas or electric heating—the machine softens the adhesive between layers, allowing clean and easy separation. This process ensures high recovery of valuable aluminum and plastic materials while minimizing pollution and manual labor.

ACP panels consist of two outer aluminum sheets and a plastic core, commonly used in construction and decoration. With the increasing use of ACP materials, recycling has become essential for both environmental protection and resource conservation. Traditional manual methods are time-consuming, labor-intensive, and prone to material damage. The ACP stripping machine replaces these outdated processes with mechanized separation, greatly improving efficiency and safety.

The equipment features a peeling system, feeding and discharging mechanisms, rollers, sprockets, and a power system driven by a motor and gearbox for smooth, stable operation. The heating system evenly warms the ACP surface, causing the aluminum and plastic to detach automatically. After heating, the layers can be separated manually with minimal effort. Depending on material type and thickness, the machine can process 2–6 tons per day with an aluminum recovery rate of up to 99%.
