The recycling process is carried out in several stages. The system efficiently dismantles and separates junction boxes, aluminum frames, and glass layers, preparing the panels for further treatment. Pre-processed materials are shredded into strips, crushed into small pieces, and ground into uniform powder. Airflow and electrostatic separation recover metals, while dust collection ensures a clean and safe working environment. This recycling line is capable of recovering six main materials from each retired PV panel: junction box, aluminum frame, glass, metal, silicon powder, and plastic.
